Ready-to-Ship & Made-to-Order Items 💗

Not all of my creations are made the same way! Some are already finished and ready to find their new home, while others are made after an order is placed.

Here’s what you can expect when shopping with Balissa.

Ready-to-Ship

These are plushies and other items that I’ve already finished making and have ready to go!

Ready-to-ship items are already made and do not require additional production time.

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and shipment.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Quantities are limited, and once an item sells out, there is no guarantee it will be restocked.

Made-to-Order

These items are made after you place your order, so a little extra patience is needed!

Please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for me to make your item before it ships.

Production times may vary depending on the design, size, and number of orders I’m working on.

Every item is handmade by me, so slight differences in size, shape, and details are completely normal.

Listing photos are examples of the finished design. Your item may have small variations because each piece is individually made.

A Note About Production Times

I’m just one person making every single plushie by hand. I don’t have a factory, production team, or machines making these for me.

I balance making your orders with everything else life throws my way, so please remember that handmade takes time!

I would rather take the time to make your plushie with care than rush through it just to get it out the door.

Production time and shipping time are two different things. The estimated production timeframe does not include the carrier’s delivery time.

If you need something by a specific date, please reach out before purchasing. I cannot guarantee arrival dates.

Custom Orders

At this time, I am not accepting custom orders.

I may open custom orders in the future! When that happens, I’ll share more information and provide a separate request form with details about the designs, pricing, and availability.

Please do not purchase an existing listing expecting it to be customized.
