First off, thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every item you see at Balissa is handmade by me, one stitch at a time. I put my time, creativity, and love into every order, and I truly appreciate every person who shops with me.

Before placing an order, please take a moment to read through my policies.

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please make sure to double-check your order, item selection, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

I understand that things happen, but please keep in mind that each item takes time, materials, and hard work to create. Once an order is placed, I cannot offer refunds or accept returns simply because you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so I can look into the situation.
